Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging.

Products that have been assembled, modified, used, opened beyond inspection, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Because our products are devotional and religious items, assembled or previously used products cannot be accepted for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns resulting from a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged during shipping, it must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping carton may be required to support a claim.

Where appropriate, replacement parts or a replacement product may be provided.

Defective Products

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photographs and a description of the issue.

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair guidance, or product replacement where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return conditions outlined in this policy.
